- Initiate and negotiate timely action with Supplier executives to avert milestones being missed, or to implement recovery plans.
- Encourage the Customer’s engineering team to address and resolve outstanding technical issues.
- Facilitate the timely execution of commercial obligations such as order acknowledgements, milestone payments and shipping releases.
- Submit narrative visit reports that present a detailed picture of the status of the order and assign accountability for action items.
